All products manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001 global quality standard. Quality is built on a limited number of approved global suppliers, component verification and extensive testing. To ensure everything is manufactured to world-class quality levels, Hyva employs a continuous improvement methodology at the heart of its production process. Using established principles such as incremental adaption, feedback systems, employee engagement and change measurement, we constantly work toward the goal of a ‘zero-fault’ process, defined by specific objectives such as zero injuries, zero defects, zero breakdowns and zero waste.

All cranes for the Irish market are manufactured in a 21,000 sq. metre manufacturing facility in Poviglio, Italy. All cylinders are manufactured in Olbersdoft, Germany and full support and spare parts are available from Ballinlough.
