Our engineers have a full understanding of the different types of refrigeration units within the industry, and as the sole Thermo King Dealer in the Republic of Ireland, we are well equipped to complete the service quickly and effectively, keeping your Refrigerated vehicle off the road for as little time as possible. Our office-based team of service advisors are also fully-trained and aim to organise a response to your enquiry 24 hours a day

Why It’s Important To Service

Regular servicing of a refrigerated vehicle is always advised to maintain the long life-span of the unit. Your first service interval will be due within 6 months of purchase to maintain the integrity of the refrigeration unit’s manufacturer’s warranty.

Following this, we advise an annual service to be carried out, providing our customers with peace of mind on their vehicle and avoiding unwelcome break-downs or costly repairs.

We offer a range of maintenance packages which include the regular annual servicing within their offerings. However, or alternatively provide a pay-as-you-go service as and when required. Once we carry out your first service, we will maintain your records and remind you of your next due date, so that you can concentrate on your business without worrying about the maintenance.

Using the latest technology and innovation, our team is set-up to carry out the work required in a timely manner and to a high-standard, maintaining the leaders’ reputation we have built over the last 32 years.

Our engineers are also supported by an office-based team built by individuals with a focus on excellent customer service and a can-do attitude, who make it a priority to understand each of our customer’s requirements and provide a tailored support system to match their unique businesses. With an out of hours and weekend service, our customers can be reassured that they are placing their trust in capable and experienced hands.

With over 50 service engineers and 25 fully equipped response vehicles on the road available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coast to coast, we’re never far away when you need us. Today we operate from our head office in Kingswood Dublin. We maintain our original Depot in Ballinlough Co. Roscommon as well as Annacarton Bridge in Co. Cork & Oranmore in Co. Galway.
