By law, all Tail lifts are subject to 12-month statutory examination (LOLER) and certification in accordance with the 2007 Safety health and welfare at work regulations.
With over 30 years’ experience, we can provide service and maintenance inspections to both commercial and passenger tail lifts. We offer a 24 hour, 365 a day call-out cover for all our customers. We provide a peace of mind to all our customers, knowing that downtime costs are decreased, and unnecessary financial costs are reduced.
A regular service and inspection of tail lift equipment is necessary to prevent costly break downs and repairs and to fulfil requirements under the above regulations.
Service Recommended every six months
Tail lifts should be serviced every six months. Our engineers are experienced with all major brands of tail lifts and we carry an extensive stock of tail lift parts.

LOLER Inspection Recommended every six months
Tail lifts Statutory Through Examinations (LOLER) should be carried out every six months according to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations 2007. Our experienced engineers carry out this examination with a detailed report into the overall condition of the tail lift. Cert’s are supplied to hold for records.
Weight Test Recommended every twelve months
Tail lifts should be weight tested every 12 months. Our engineers carry out a static weight test to check the lift capacity of your tail lift. In addition, a check over for vertical descent and angle distortion is inspected. We provide certification with every annual Weight Test for your records.
