Regular servicing of a refrigerated vehicle is always advised to maintain the long life-span of the unit. Your first service interval will be due within 6 months of purchase to maintain the integrity of the refrigeration unit’s manufacturer’s warranty. Following this, we advise an annual service to be carried out, providing our customers with peace of mind on their vehicle and avoiding unwelcome break-downs or costly repairs.

Our nationwide coverage with fully trained service engineers ensures you maximise vehicle up-time. All of our engineers are equipped with the latest GPS fleet management equipment and PDAs enabling fast and accurate data transfer to head office for real time information. We strive to complete all jobs on the first visit on the customers’ premises, so we equip each engineer with comprehensive stock, specialist equipment and parts tailored to the systems in their area.

With over 50 service engineers and 25 fully equipped response vehicles on the road available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coast to coast, we’re never far away when you need us.
