Thermo King VP (Vehicle Powered) Range

The Thermo King V-Series offers a range of highly flexible and most reliable solutions for vans and trucks, all powered by a road compressor and/or an electric power supply. These superior temperature control units guarantee great efficiency and maximum load protection combined with advanced features, such as the user-friendly Direct Smart Reefer Controller.

This range also offers customers flexibility to choose units with heating capabilities, electric stand-by and multi-temperature options which is ideal for food as well as high value pharmaceutical product.

V-100, 200 and 300 Series

The V-100, 200 and 300 series offer the optimal temperature control solution for trucks and vans up to 28m3. This complete range share many common components including the Direct Smart Reefer and has many modular options to fulfil the requirements of every customer with the following benefits:

V-500 Series

The V-500 series offers you the optimal performance while using less fuel and making less noise.

  • Electric stand-by capacity is 85% to 95% of the road capacity under any working condition for maximum protection of the load at any time.

V-800 Series

The V-800 Series from Thermo King comprises two-piece split units designed for fresh, frozen and deep-frozen applications on trucks. The road compressor is powered by the vehicle’s engine and the electric stand-by compressor is powered by an electric motor. The V-800 Series is equipped with a new swash plate compressor and range of drive kits for ease of installation.

B-series

All-electric temperature control for chilled, frozen and pharma products

B-100 is our extended all-electric unit range delivering outstanding refrigeration capacity for small trucks and vans. Because no compressor is needed in the engine compartment, your vehicle can operate its original AC system.

The B-Series is ideal for use in noise sensitive areas. The units are powered by the vehicle battery and conveniently controlled from the driver’s seat by the Thermo KingDirect Smart Reefer controller.

By adding TracKing™ you can now follow, monitor and trace shipments in real-time from a remote location, ensuring product integrity and on-time delivery. There is even a Pharma Kit so your vehicle can attain full Good Distribution Practice (GDP) qualification.
